Brisbane- Waterproofing and Drainage
My brick and Hardie Plank (no asbestos) house was built in 1988-89. It has had water flowing in on three sides of it every time it rained since the day it was completed. This created a huge problem. Brightly coloured and black mould on the lowest concrete floor and damp smell throughout the whole house. Water running down the walls between the bricks and the builders' black plastic. Water flowing in the garages under the garage doors and also water running down the brick garage walls like waterfalls. After 29 years my house is DRY!!!!! No mould or damp smell. This I owe to Dan Zenoni's hard work. I had tried several techniques and paid others to alleviate the problem to no or very little avail. Downstairs was able to be converted from a laundry-rumpus room to a bathroom and kitchenette with the laundry moved to outside but under the house. All the work carried out was professionally by Dan Zenoni with full consultation with the house owner. Dan is very pleasant to work with and completes work on time and to a high standard. I would recommend him and his work to anyone who is looking for a professional job in the area of building solutions. He sought out the best and latest products to use on my house. I am extremely happy with the completed work and would recommend Dan and his work to anyone who is looking for someone to alleviate their building/construction problems.
